At IBC 2011, Ed Merrow, President and CEO of IPA (center) recognized the top-performing small project system and the most improved small project system. Michelle Avis, Project Superintendent at BP Cherry Point, accepted the award for Best Site, and Steve Chappell, Project Champion at Flint Hills Resources Corpus Christi, took home the award for Most Improved Site. We congratulate these two sites for their excellent performance.
