Job Summary
The Human Resources Generalist serves as the HR representative for the EMEA office and is responsible for record keeping and documentation and is the primary contact person for any HR-related queries.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Responds to employee questions related to payroll, benefits, HR policies, and record keeping
- Support HR-related functions, such as leave reports, payroll changes, and personnel files
- Coordinate consultant contracts in compliance with legal requirements
- Coordinate annual performance reviews for the region
- Perform full-cycle recruitment duties, including acting as immigration liaison with external legal counsel and Authorising Officer for the Home Office Immigration System
- Provide performance management and employee relations support in support of IPA managers in the EMEA region for staff in the UK and the Netherlands
- Lead HR compliance efforts, including GDPR and Business Travel visa requirements
- Coordinate regional training requirements, including liaising with external vendors
Required Qualifications and Experience
- CIPD qualified – minimum Level 5 or relevant experience needed
- Proven competence obtaining Skilled Worker sponsorship and exposure to applying for overseas business visitor visas would be advantageous
- Knowledge of GDPR and impact to HR function
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a generalist role with full-cycle recruitment
- Previous experience of office management would be advantageous

- Strong written and oral communication skills

- Detail-oriented and proficient and accurate in typing and data entry
- Ability to contribute to a high-performing team and maintain a collaborative approach to the work
- Demonstrable superior English language written and oral communication skills
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Language skills for Europe especially the Netherlands would be advantageous but not essential
