Learn the project control Best Practices proven to maintain project value through the execution phase.
Course Description
IPA research has long shown that key practices in the project definition phase, specifically clear objectives, strong teams, and complete Front-End Loading (FEL), are strong drivers of successful capital projects. IPA research also shows that once a project has received full-funds authorization and the execution phase has commenced, Execution Excellence is needed to maintain the value created in the project definition phase.
This online course arms project professionals with the project control Best Practices that drive Execution Excellence and help deliver competitive and predictable capital projects that meet business objectives.
