CURT National Conference 2025

IPA Capital Solutions Director Deb McNeil will speak at the 2025 CURT National Conference on February 11, 2025 in a session titled Lessons From the Field—How AWP Improves Project Outcomes. In this session, McNeil will discuss IPA’s plans to conduct research that defines the cost and impact of Advanced Work Packaging (AWP) practices on capital project results.

McNeil brings over 45 years of successful industry experience in capital project execution, work process improvement, and digital technology implementation. She works closely with capital projects organizations to help them understand their current performance, clarify the challenges they face, and develop and implement plans to drive improved capital project results.
