The UCEC strives to improve upstream project and business results by providing metrics for better cost engineering. Member company representatives gather once a year to learn about and review new UCEC metrics packages prepared by IPA. Members receive exclusive access to cost and schedule metrics and tools, which aid in unbiased conceptual cost and schedule estimating and validation for upstream oil and gas projects.
