Last week, more than 40 Cost Engineering Committee (CEC) member companies gathered in McLean, VA, for the group’s annual meeting. In addition to new research study presentations, a highlight of this year’s meeting was the rollout of the all-new CEC Validator application, which aids owner cost engineers in conceptual scheduling and estimate validation.
