Manasvi Mehta Promoted to IPA Director, Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA)
ASHBURN, VIRGINIA (April 26, 2024)—Independent Project Analysis (IPA), Inc. today announces that Manasvi Mehta has been promoted to Director of Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA), effective May 1, 2024. Nekkhil Mishra, who previously held the Director role, will now serve as President of IPA, also effective May 1.
Reporting to IPA Chief Operations Officer (COO) Elizabeth Sanborn, Mehta will oversee IPA’s business operations within the EMEA region while leading a team of project analysts, researchers, and support staff based in the United Kingdom and the Netherlands. She will focus on strengthening relationships with clients and building new partnerships with companies across industrial sectors to help improve the effectiveness of their capital project systems. She will also continue to serve as the Client Engagement Leader for one of IPA’s core clients, partnering with the organization to improve capital project delivery.

Mehta joined IPA in 2020 as a Project Analyst and has worked with a diverse set of oil and gas exploration and production (E&P) companies in Europe, Africa, the Middle East, and South America to assess project competitiveness and highlight key areas of risk. She has evaluated a mix of large and small projects, including several megaprojects, for various concept types including subsea tie-backs, floaters, and platforms. Prior to joining IPA, Mehta worked as a Geological Modelling Statistician at the British Geological Survey and as a Production Geologist at Shell.
Mehta has an MSc. in Integrated Petroleum Geoscience from the University of Aberdeen in Aberdeen, Scotland, an MSc. in Applied Geology from the Indian Institute of Technology Bombay in Mumbai, India, and a BSc. in Geology from the University of Mumbai in Mumbai, India.
