Loretta Merrow retired from IPA in 2019 after 31 years with the company. As Corporate Secretary, she was responsible for invoicing and managing project accounts. Prior to joining IPA, she worked at the Rand Corporation from 1979 to 1986. She holds a BA in Spanish from George Mason University.
